New In Town

He walked into the motel needing a place to crash until he could find a more perminent residence. It had been a long drive from Detriot, but he had made it. There was a pretty blonde sitting behind the counter talking on a cell phone, so he made his way to her.

" Hi darling, got a room for me, I'll only need it for about a week." He asked looking her up and down. She just held up her finger letting him know to wait a minute and continued her phone conversation.

Alright then, he thought and took a seat in a nearby chair while he waited for her to get off of the phone and do her job.

Violet watched the attractive blonde walk through the door, he was deffinately a site for sore eyes. Still she continued her conversation though, make them sweat that was her motto. A few seconds after he had sat down she said goodbye and hung up the phone, causing him to have to get right back up again. She smiled laughing on the inside.

" Sure I got a room for you, it's going to be $250 upfront for a week, that includes breakfast in the morning, its served in the hall at 9 am." She said grabbing a key from a cabinet behind the counter.

" Sound good?" She asked playing with him.

He looked over at the voice that called out from the other side of the room. Giving a nod he said back.

" I just might do that." Then the woman behind the counter was ushering him back up to desk.

" $250 sounds good." He said grabbing his wallet and pulling out the crisp bills. He handed them to the girl.

" Thank you hon." He said as he caught the key she tossed at him, the number 666 was on the back of the key and he assumed that it was the room number. Nice number he thought and walked to towards the elevator.

He heard the voice of the man from earlier behind him, thinking the offer over for a second he turned around and called.

" You got $125 bucks? If you wanna stay you gotta cover half the rent. And if I find out you have sticky fingers you won't be walking out of here, you'll be leaving on a stretcher." He said letting the guy know he better not steal any of his nuts.
